Locked out of your car
Leaving the keys on the seat happens to everyone. Our technicians use professional entry tools designed to open doors and trunks without damaging paintwork, seals or the lock. Before we open a vehicle we ask for ID and proof of ownership, such as the registration. In summer heat, never leave a child or pet in a locked car while you wait: call 911 first.
Replacement and transponder keys
Most cars built in the last two decades use a transponder chip that must be programmed to the vehicle. We cut and program standard keys, remote head keys and transponder keys for many makes and models on site. Tell us the year, make and model when you call so the technician brings the right blank, and we will tell you up front if a dealer-only key is required.
Broken keys and ignition problems
A key that snaps in the door or ignition needs careful extraction so the cylinder isn't damaged. If an ignition switch is worn, causing the key to stick or the car to stall, we can repair or replace it. Read more in our guide to car lockouts.

Frequently asked questions
Can you make a key if I've lost all my car keys?
Often, yes. With proof of ownership we can cut and program a new key for many vehicles on site. Some newer models need dealer equipment; we will tell you when you call.
Will unlocking my car damage it?
Our technicians use non-destructive entry tools made for vehicle doors. The goal is to open the car with no damage to the door, seals or lock.
Do you need my car's details?
Yes, please share the year, make and model, and whether the key has a remote or push-to-start fob.
